Prince Harry and girlfriend Chelsy split


Prince Harry and his girlfriend Chelsy Davy have split after five years of dating. The pair, who had a trial separation in 2007, parted amicably.The split comes just three weeks after the couple returned from a holiday together in Indian Ocean island of Mauritius.Zimbabwe-born Davy, 23, had told friends she could no longer put up with his lifestyle and the time spent apart.

Cruise praises Katie


Tom Cruise has nothing but praise for the way his wife Katie Holmes keeps their daughter Suri happy.Insisting that Katie has “extraordinary” talent as a mother, Cruise said that the way the actress had taken to motherhood was helping shape the little girl’s friendly personality.Katie had given birth to Suri in 2006 and she had taken time out from her acting career to bring up her daughter.

Natalie Dylan auctions her virgin


Natalie Dylan is selling her virginity online. Intriguingly, the 22-year-old San Diego woman, who already holds a B.S. in women's studies, plans to finance her graduate school education in marriage and family therapy from the proceeds of the virginity auction. To prove her chastity, she will undergo a gynecological exam as well as a lie detector test.To consummate the deal, Natalie Dylan will meet the winner at the infamous Moonlite Bunny Ranch, a legal brothel, which is holding the auction, in Nevada where her sister works. She is apparently looking for a $1 million dollar bid, which may be highly optimistic given the prices that past auctions have closed at, but the amount of press she is getting, including an appearance with Howard Stearn, won't hurt.

It looks like hotel heiress Paris Hilton will be on the lookout for a new BFF on her MTV Paris Hilton show.Brittany Flickinger, who is the new winner of My New BFF , had accompanied Paris to Sundance, but it has emerged that the party-loving socialite finds her a bit of a bore.While at the party, Paris was seen hanging out with former Danity Kane member and current Playboy cover girl Aubrey O'Day, leaving Flickinger reportedly at the Hollywood Life House.When she caught up to them again later at the Axe party, Paris and O'Day left her behind in the bathroom.

Benjamin Button leads 13 oscar nominations

"The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" led all films with nominations for the 81st annual Academy Awards on Thursday morning, picking up 13.The film, about a man who ages in reverse, earned nods for best picture, best director (David Fincher), best actor (Brad Pitt), best supporting actress (Taraji P. Henson) and best adapted screenplay as well as several other picks.The record for Oscar nominations is 14, held by "All About Eve" and "Titanic." Both films won best picture."Slumdog Millionaire," the sleeper hit about a Mumbai orphan who seeks fame and love through "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" earned 10 nominations, including best picture, best director (Danny Boyle) and best adapted screenplay."The Dark Knight," 2008's top-grossing film, earned a best supporting actor nomination for the late Heath Ledger but was shut out of other major categories. The film received eight nominations overall.
